The Business Council of Alabama and the Alabama Technology Network have announced Douglas as the 2022 Manufacturer of the Year.
The Manufacturer of the Year award recognizes companies leading the way in leadership, performance, profitability and workforce relations. A panel of judges reviewed each nominee for customer service, employee commitment, operating performance, improvement, profitability growth and investment in training.
