Wing Pulleys Featuring Round Bar for Increased Strength and Service Life

Douglas Wing Pulleys are designed to be durable and exceed your expectations. The engineered angle of the gussets creates the optimum angle to discharge material from the pulley, while offering an enhanced self-cleaning ability.

Drum Pulleys Featuring Maximum Strength and Durability

Using state of the art computer design and analysis tools, Douglas has created high performance drum pulleys. With a long life, these drum pulleys feature single piece rolled rims; or solid steel pipe or tubing.

We apply rubber lagging in our plant to ensure maximum bond, and total quality control. Our team can help you find the right drum pulley and lagging combination to fit your needs. 

The Vortex® Spiral Clean Pulley

The cutting-edge design of the patented Douglas Vortex® Spiral Clean Pulley is an innovative and problem-solving concept that truly embodies the Douglas spirit of Conveying Innovation. This design is perfect for harsh, dirty, and demanding operating conditions where uninterrupted operations are a must. 

The spiral design aids belt tracking by moving the belt gently to the opposite edges. The Vortex® abrasion-resistant center and edge supports increase pulley life by as much as 50%. The Vortex® is a pulley that is made to perform. 

Integra™ Series Drum & Wing Pulleys

The Integra Series Drum and Wing Pulleys offer up to 33% higher load rating results from reduced bearing centers. This series is available in drum, self cleaning wing styles. 

Requiring less maintenance because of the sealed-for-life bearing, this series is perfect for many types of operations. The Integra™ is easy to install, easy to service, and is one of the highest performers on the market.
