The NEW Interceptor™ Super Duty Self-Cleaning Magnetic Separator is the most powerful permanent magnetic separator available that is designed specifically for portable plants. Design features include a compact and lightweight design, a lagged drive pulley, a low-profile drive (electric or hydraulic), and Slide Tube® Take-Ups. Interceptors™ are shipped factory test run and are ready for installation.

The NEW Premier™ Duty Drum Pulley is the most dependable and durable pulley on the market today. Premier™ Duty Drums feature the thickest rims and integral end discs. The end result is, as always with innovative Douglas® components, a significantly longer service life.

The patented and proven Vortex® Spiral Clean Pulley is the most unique and innovative self-cleaning pulley concept on the market today. The proprietary design of the flights, and end plows, efficiently move tramp material to the edges of the pulley and away from the belt. This reduces vibration by maintaining continuous belt contact and eliminates the noise commonly associated with self-cleaning pulleys. The unique and durable design is finished off
with AR400 center and edge support sections that significantly increase the overall service life of the Vortex®.

CEMA Class Idlers feature a patented 3-lip polymer contact seal that keeps contaminants out of the bearing and keeps the roll turning. Heavy gauge frames and CNC machine idler shafts add to the overall value and durability of the design.

The Guardian® is the gold standard of return roll guards. The patented design provides complete pinch-point protection. The single-piece lightweight UHMW cage is durable, easy to install, and economical to ship. The Guardian® complies with MSHA Title 30 CFR.
